I vaguely recall someone describing a hack to directly connect a mac to a LaserWriter such that you could still use AppleTalk but don't need to use LocalTalk cabling (or PhoneNet/clones). My configuration: MacII and a Laserwriter IINT. If anyone knows anything about this, could you please e-mail me? (I'll summarize to the net, if enough interest is generated.) Thanks!
