[net.columbia] "Manned Space" A Question?

Is there really a question as to whether "manned" space operations will
cease to exist?
Hasn't Reagan (and everyone else i've heard from) say the program WILL 
difinetly continue?

I say : Keep the Dream Alive! (just like everyone else says!)
