Perhaps this should be in the often-asked questions but ... A friend has a dead 20MB(?) Jasmine drive that would have been under warranty if all was well with this company. Will this warranty be honoured by anyone? Assuming not, who is servicing these drives (preferably in Colorado but any suggestions will be gladly received).
