[comp.sys.mac.hardware] Apple 8-bit card, is it repairable?

My Mac II has recently started displaying evenly-spaced
vertical lines on the screen.  If I increase the number of
colors, the lines get thinner and double in number.  Does
anyone know if this can be repaired, or should I just
trash the board.
