I accidentally discovered a nifty thing about the Ehman 2-page monitor-you can adjust some of the software parameters! Hold down command and option while the monitor init is being run, and you will be presented with the choice of having your mac's screen 'connected' on the right or left, or not at all, plus you can set the spot where your mac's screen is 'connected' at.
