Greetings, I'm planning to buy a 45Mb cartridge drive, and Relax has a model which really appeals to me, and is certainly the right price. It's also got a 2-year warranty. I'm wondering if anybody has had any experience with their products. Also, if anybody has any wonderful things to say about anybody else's Syquest-based drives, speak up! Email replies are preferred, and I'll summarize if responses warrant... Thanks, --Mike

I have a Syquest Drive I purchased from Relax 2 yrs ago. It had intermitant problems for the first year. It finally got on my nerve, and I send it back to Relax. They promptly replaced the power supply, which was the source of the problem. It functioned fine ever since. However, I use SilverLining to format the cartriages. Point : Their Quality check may need more work, but Customer Service is responsi ve. P.S. Does any one know what to do with a crashed SyQuest Cartriage, I've used it for a year, so I doubt Manufacture will take it back
