Hi,
Are there any known "sticktion" problems with the 20MB Miniscribe
drives sold by Apple as the SC20 (for SE)? We have a drive which started
to exhibit the problem, but non of our other Apple drives (Quantums
actually) have the problem. I know Apple did recall a batch of Quantums,
but are there anything on the Miniscribes? Thanks.

We have some 60 Miniscribes DORs (that's dead on the road) in our junk. Apple will not replace them, so dont waist time. We foud out that in most cases The interface board is the faulty part, in some cases when the mechanics was ba was found to be bad we just replaced the board and got some more service time.me.
