[comp.sys.mac.hardware] Green tint with multisynch monitor

I've got an Apple color card and have tried connecting it to a multisynch
monitor I've used successfully with a PC. It works OK, i.e. I get an
acceptable image and red, green and blue signals, but the green is always there
more than the other two, e.g. white has a green tint. 

I made my own cable - connecting the r, g, & b lines and the synch lines,
etc. 

Does anyone have any ideas?
