Is the SCSI port on a LWII NTX useful as a very fast computer interface to the printer? For example, is it possible to get the postscript interpreter to read and write from the SCSI port instead of the serial/localtalk ports? I know the intention of the port is for a hard disk to hold fonts, but wonder if more is possible. I'm not asking about what MacOS supports. I'm really asking a question about the hardware/firmware in the printer itself. -- Ken Mandelberg | km@mathcs.emory.edu PREFERRED Emory University | {rutgers, gatech}!emory!km UUCP Dept of Math and CS | km@emory.bitnet NON-DOMAIN BITNET Atlanta, GA 30322 | Phone: (404) 727-7963
