I recently purchased an Apple 4/8 display card. It does not well at 256 colors or 256 grays (lines flicker horizontally across screen). I heard that there were a batch of cards manufactured with bad VRAM chips. Does anyone know the details of this? Thanks William Burrows burrows@milton.u.washington.edu
