[comp.sys.mac.hardware] How to connect a Sony KV-1311CR monitor to a Mac SE?

I have a Sony KV-1311CR color monitor, which has both digital and analog
RGB input capability.  I also have a newly-acquired Mac SE.  Since I'm not
particularly fond of the Mac's tiny display, I'd like to know if anyone
makes a video card for the SE's special slot that will allow me to use my
Sony monitor.
