I have a IIfx with a half height 80mb Quantum in it. I'm wondering if it's possible to do something like move the half-height Quantum over to the second floppy location (which is empty) and put a full size high capacity hard disk in the normal hard disk site. Has anyone done or tried to do this before? Do you have any advice to offer? It seems to me that the IIfx power supply should be up to the challenge, as the only slot I have occupied contains an old Macintosh 8-bit video card. However, any advice on the power supply woould be appreciated also. If anyone has done this, what did you do about mounting brackets and so on?
