I'm running an SE/30 with a Rasterops 264 Color Card and an NEC 3D Multisynch monitor. The card drives the monitor at standard 640 * 480 resolution, giving a slightly oversized picture with unused monitor space around it. I'm told that getting a higher resolution is "simply" a matter of reprogramming the card. (I didn't say it). This is something like what I imagine MaxAppleZoom does for the Mac II video cards. Does anyone know if this is possible of if anyone has done something of the kind for the RasterOps cards? (If the author of MaxAppleZoom is on the net, I'm willing to send in my sharewa` fee in advance if he will undertake the job.) Here's hoping.
