[comp.sys.mac.hardware] Adding a Large Monitor to an SE

My supervisor asked me how much it would cost to add
a large (12- or 13-inch) monitor to her SE.

I'm told that some monitors come with an appropriate
board to plug into the slot. Can anyone suggest (or,
even better, recommend) such monitors and give me
a rough idea of the cost?
