[comp.sys.mac.hardware] MacRecorder and no empty serial ports

fry@brauer.harvard.edu (David Fry) (11/01/90)

Now with the big push to use digitized sounds, I'm starting to
consider purchasing a MacRecorder. But I have a big question: I know
it plugs into one of the serial ports, but does it have a pass-thru
port? Do I have to unplug my modem to use the MacRecorder?

No it doesn't, but probably would be a good idea. I have a modem right now
that has a pass through, so that will help me.

But for others, you might consider picking up an A,B,C,D box to switch easily.
