I was told by a friend never to power up or power down any SCSI device while the Mac is on. (eg turning on a SCSI printer when you are ready to print, and turning it off when done, all the while the Mac is on) I have a Mac Plus (the newer ones with the lighter color) and I was wondering if this was true or not and if it is what damage, if any occurs?
