Greetings, I've heard a rumour (possibly from MacWEEK), that Radius is expected to come out with a color version of their Pivot display. I own the monochrome model, and I have only two gripes: 1) the control-panel settings tend to vanish, and 2) IT'S ONLY 4-BIT!!!!! Now, I would assume (hope, really), that the color Pivot would be 8-bit color, if not 24, so I'm wondering if this might mean that I could upgrade my Pivot to 8-bit grey. I have no interest in the color Pivot, since I bought my Pivot originally for the sharpness of the monochrome for text. (I have an Apple RGB with a SuperMac 24-bit card for color work). The problem is that I like to work with both monitors, but many programs (most paint programs, and MacroMind Director spring to mind) don't like having monitors of different bit depths, especially when one is less than 8, so 8-bit on the Radius would be a big win. Is anybody from Radius out there? If you can say anything, I'm sure that most Pivot owners would love to hear it! Email is vastly preferred, since there is an awful lot of news traffic. I'll summarize, since I'm sure there's interest. Thanks, --Mike
