I own a QMS 410 and will brief you on my experience to date. The machine's throughput is much faster than I expected after reading the MacUser review of the beta version. Particularly impressive with graphics. Does seem to lag a bit in processing Word documents, altho output of first page is rapid. The look of the printout is satisfactory, with crisp blacks. I have had good service from QMS directly, having to order a fuser bar when I melted a cheap transparency and damaged the roller with a hurried clean-out. The cost of the roller was a mere 27$ and was shipped quickly. I also recv'd good technical support to my questions and an upgrade of the screen fonts. Overall, quite pleased.
