I have heard that Imagewriter I should work with System 6.0.7 but have not been able to get it to work on my system. After selecting it with the CHOOSER and "printing" a file from Word nothing happenss. Thank you for your help. Anthony McCarthy

Whew! There isn't much information there. But for starters, my old Imagewriter I works just fine with my MacIIsi, running, of course, System 6.0.7 ( do I have a choice?). From your posting I can't tell if it worked on your system before you upgraded to 6.0.7, or if you just acquired the printer. If you just upgraded the OS, check and make sure you have a good copy of the Imagewriter Driver. If you just acquired the printer, or a new machine aside from "the printer's broke" here are my suggestions: 1. Check your cable. When I upgraded I just added a DIN-8 to DB-9 adapter in front of the existing cable I had used with my Mac512ke. 2. Check the DIP switches in the printer.
