Has anyone been able to get a hold of the 512K VRAM SIMM for the Mac LC either from Apple or from any third party supplier. I have an LC system with a 13 inch monitor and need to have 8 bit color. Thanks for the help. Arun Mathur Dalhousie University Medical School Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada...

Arun, I seem to recall hearing March as a target date for arrival of the 512K VRAM. I could be wrong because we were told January arrival at the earliest for for the LC - then they started arriving in mid November, as I recall. Suggestion - have you considered a RAM upgrade as an initial work-around? Current prices are right... Good luck ! Larry Disclaimer: Cornell and I don't speak for each other, etc., etc.
