OK, I give. I have a pair of CDC 91Meg 5 1/4" SCSI drives that I can't find a case with power supply strong enough to power the little buggers. I bought a "dual half-hight" case an power supply from Frys and it couldn't power up both drives at the same time! Are CDC's power hogs? Geez, I even tried the single drive case JDR was selling, it couldn't even power one drive!! Anybody know of a drive enclosure out there that has a strong power supply (i.e. 100watts) that I can use? and where to get it? On the dual drive enclosure I could get its 60 watt supply to power up one of the CDC's without any trouble, but hook up two.... ouch!
