A client is considering networking Macs and IBM clones with Ethernet. The Macs will use the Apple Ethernet card and the Apple Ethernet Twisted Pair Transceiver (10BASET compliant). Is there anyone using a network with a configuration as this? Has anyone tried this hardware combination with system 7.0b4 yet? There is a concern about making this hardware investment and having problems with the release of system 7.0.
