implementation for RSX-11M. Any TCP sites who would be willing to

I am currently testing TCP-IP on TENEX/FOONEX/AUGUST
(It's a long story/family history...) and would be glad to
cooperate with you to test your version.
From my debugging, it appears that my packets time
out and die before they ever get to their destination.
(I have been trying local loopback thru the IMP.)
