I finally reached Maya. Their price has risen
to $49 plus shipping.

(I believe their prices have risen to $38/MB.) There is *no* surcharge for using Visa/MC, and UPS blue and red label shipping is only moderately more expensive (e.g., I *believe* blue label shipping was, for me, only $5.25). One drawback (which IMHO isn't really a drawback) is they only offer a 5 year warranty on their memory products (but remember the warranty is only as good as the company offering it (i.e., the lifetime warranty offered by most is merely a sales gimmick)). I purchased my memory with AT&T Visa gold - so my warranty is actually 6 years (5 from Aurora and 1 from Visa)! Give 'em a call at 1-800-426-1591 and ask for Bob Newman (tell him I sent you).
