Several times on this list, I have seen claims that DEC has a Unix
support group somehwhere on the East Coast (New Hampshire?). My
DEC local sales office (Dallas) vehemently denies this. Can anyone
give me a full pointer (address, name, phone), so that I can set this

Yes indeed there is a Unix support group!!
Armondo P. Stettner is the contact. You should call him at
(603) 884-5485
and tell him you are having trouble with your sales office.
He can get their attitude adjusted quite rapidly.
