[comp.sys.mac.hardware] Full page monitor for a plus?

majeske@remus.rutgers.edu (Joseph Majeske) (02/21/91)

A friend of mine is looking for a full page monitor for his mac plus.
So far he has found one company, whose name escapes me, that still
produces such a beast.

Does anyone have out there have one? If so who made it? Is it still
available? What do think of its performance?

I'll forward replies to my friend. Thanks in advance.

I know that Mirror and Ehman both have Mac Plus compatible fpds. They
are, for the most part, identical. Mac User had a review of them
one or two issues ago. I own the Ehman, which is about $500, a little
cheaper than the Mirror. It's great. It was a real bear to set up,
however. It takes small hands and *lots* of patient work. The Plus
was not designed to be expanded. Installation is the one drawback to
the Ehman.
