Maybe they are treating they're newer customers better than their older ones. We sent in a Jasmine Direct Drive 100 that bombed on us back in Late-November Early December. No, Mid-to late November. They told us on month and we'd have it back. Well, after 5 phone calls, I am still waiting for my Direct Drive 100 to return. I do admit they are very friendly, but I would like my drive back.. On the other hand, I recommended the 40 meg (that you purchased) to a friend and she really likes it, so I guess it's a toss up. Great prices, ok product, but by my experience, terrible service.
