If you are really serious about the SDLC, I have developed a card that
plugs into VAXes etc. This is currently being supported by a software house.
Unfortunately, ... all of the development work was done under contract.
But if all you want is a card, I am sure something could be done...
Cost is about $1000.00 (US, and no cheques please...)
sigh... the things one does for money.
