What's the difference? Here we have all of these companies in MacUser,MacWorld, and MacWeek selling quantum internal hard disks ... for different (and sometimes widely so) prices. Why? I understand why there might be differences between prices on external hard disks of the same type (more/less reliable power supplies, better/ worse cases, ...), but it doesn't seem to me that there would be any difference at all between the hardware involved in the internal drives.
