	Well, it sounds like you have a sticky drive problem.  A few of y'all
will recall Apple's little problem with sticky Quantum's not too long ago.  It
sounds like something inside the mechanics are going.  I' say take in an force
the dealer to replace all the bad mechanisms.  If they refuse, say you'll take
your business elsewhere, forever.
