I couldn't find Dial on our system here, so I assume no one has got a 
copy from you.  We were trying to set up an auto-dial and logon sequence
for a database.  If Dial does that, I'd like to get a copy.  I'm inten auto-dial and logon sequence

Your Dial sounds very much similar to cu which still requires the users to
monitor the line closely on a command by command basis with the remote
computer. Does your Dial or any system that you know of can allow the
users to set up some thing like Shell's Scripts, which can save a lot
of typing effort for repetitive and structurable sessions with the
remote computers?
