I am trying to connect a Mac LC to a standard VGA monitor. I have made the cable as described in the technical notes, this appears to wired correctly. When the system is connected, the colour is perfect, the horizontal sync is perfect but the vertical is wrong. The image is offset down the screen about half way down the screen and it rolls around, it is well outside the adjustment range of the monitor.
