You have to use the new slim line of <hard drives. The only ones I know of off the top of my head are Quantum and <Connor. I've recently heard strange stories about the Quantum drives so to <play it safe you may want to choose the Connor mechanism. (by the way, Apple <uses the Connor mechanism in their 40 meg units, and the quantum in their 80 <meg units. This was last time I checked). I put a cpnnor cp3040a from a macIIsi into a mac classic and found I needed to get a bracket and cables to adapt it to the classic. This cost about $40, I didn't have time to shop around (time was of the essence) and bought it from a disreputable store (JWP information system of Delaware).
