[comp.sys.mac.hardware] Memory upgrades on the MAC SE

tjfs@tadtec.uucp (Tim Steele) (04/09/91)

Could some kind person mail me the details on how to stuff the SIMM
sockets and set the jumper for various memory configurations on the
Mac SE?

The configurations I'm interested in are:

4x256k SIMMs
2x1MB SIMMs
3x1MB SIMMs
4x1MB SIMMs

Thanks!

Tim

as it is only one jumper, You should have no problem finding out the
correct setting with some experiments :-)
Incorrect jumper setting will not hurt Your motherboard or Simms.
