150ns SIMMs sound like ones from a Plus.  The IIcx-like machines (IIx & SE/30) require at most 120ns SIMMs.  Slower memory can spell disaster.  I'd say scrap these and get faster ones.  Get 1Megs, they're cheap!

According to Encylopedia Macintosh, 120ns is the slowest speed
you can use for the 030 computers.  I've also heard that it's
a good idea to have 80ns RAM for the IIcx.
