I recently aquired a Lisa, and need a little bit of information. Specificall
the pinout of the two 26 pin drive connectors inside the Lisa (it's a
Lisa 2, if that matters). It came dissassembled in a box, and the drive
assembly that holds the floppy and 10mb Widget were missing, but there was an
800K drive (the I/O board has the Sun ROM). Put it together and it works,
but I need some help in getting the 800K drive interfaced (fortunately it
came with MacWorks on the 5mb profile, so I'm getting some use out of it).
Checking out the pins with a probe & homebrew logic analyser (a homebrew
card in an Apple /// of all things!) revealed little about which pins are
which (I do understand how the floppies are accessed). I need to know which
pins are the four phase outputs, write request, etc.
I'd rather not buy a whole addembly for mega-$$$ from Sun, if possible.
