Hi, I was moving my Mac from one area to another, and I think I screwed up something on my IW II. If one were to take out the cartridge, and look to the right of the print head, you'd see that gray knob, with the read thing around it, I think this controls the height of the ribbon for color printing, I think I screwed this part up, and now the ribbon is out of groove, it is kind of hard to explain, but any help is much appreciated.
