	Can anyone clarify this point? The Administator's Manual documents
the UNIX tape boot load as :

	>>>s 0

booting the tape from byte zero.

	The ;login: newsletter of January 1982 (p.10) has the following note;
"In the VAX console commands to be used in bootstrapping 's 2' should replace
's 0' to cause the CPU to jup over the register save mask (2 bytes) at the
front of the program".
