[comp.sys.mac.hardware] Diagnostics software

Does anyone know of any Mac diagnostics software ?  I`m looking for something
that will run overnight or for several days, exercise the RAM, hard disk, CPU,
etc. (even the SCSI bus and serial ports) and let me know if anything looks flaky.
