[comp.sys.mac.hardware] Two internal hard disks: connector?

cjeff@silver.lcs.mit.edu (Carl J.M. Alexander) (06/28/91)

I know it's possible, if you're careful about power supply and ventilation
constraints, to put two hard disks inside a Mac. What I'm wondering
about is the cable: Does anyone know of a source for one, or do I have
to do it myself? If it's DIY, should I make a "Y" cable going to the
two drives from the motherboard's SCSI connector, or should I piggyback
the cable to the second drive from the connector to drive 0? And what
about termination on the second internal?
