1990 BILKENT INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
ON
NEW TRENDS IN COMMUNICATION, CONTROL, AND SIGNAL PROCESSING
July 2-5, 1990

CALL FOR PAPERS
A conference devoted to new and emerging trends and topics in
communication, control, and signal processing will be held on
the campus of the Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey from Sunday
evening July 1, 1990 through Thursday afternoon July 5, 1990.
The conference will feature a number of invited speakers on
selected topics, as well as contributed papers. All papers
accepted for presentation will appear in a Proceedings volume,
which will be made available at the beginning of the conference.
In addition to the technical program, there will be organized
tours to major cultural and historic centers in Turkey.

29 June - 1 July : Tour of Istanbul, Izmir, Ephesus, Pamukkale.
4 July : Trip to Cappadocia. (No conference on this day.)
6-8 July : 3-day tour of Istanbul.
