[comp.object] Structured Analysis versus Object-oriented techniques

Okay, here is a question which may have already been bashed about
(in which case I would appreciate it if someone would give me a summary):

Are Object-oriented Requirements Analysis, Object-oriented Design,
and OOP languages better than Structure Analysis and its kin?  If so,
why?
