[comp.object] Sources on OO design and OO methodologies

flitter@atisun.dt.navy.mil (Lance Flitter) (09/20/90)

   Hello OO experts,

I need to get info on Object Oriented Design and OO methodologies and I
was wondering if there is a 'bibliography' available somewhere. If not, could
someone send me the names of some sources. I have the latest Communications
of the ACM and I have some C++ info. I'd like to get some more info on
OO Design in general (ie. not specific to a language) and also I'd like to
get some good overview info on other OO languages including Objective-C,
Smalltalk, Eiffel, Ada (no flames, please), and any other OO languages
available. I know Grady Booch has an OO design book out. What is it called?
Well, that's about all. Thanks, in advance, for the help. If I get a
good response I'll post the results to the net.

The title of my book is "Object-Oriented Design" and is
published by Benjamin/Cummings. The book contains
a bibliography of about 1000 references to papers and books of
relevanct to oop, ood, and ooa.
