I'm trying to make a broad survey on who makes and where are the active area of research on "constraints". To circumscribe the semantics I put behind the word "constraints", I would say that a constraint research for which the work of G.L. Steele in his PhD Thesis is relevant, is also relevant to the survey. Replies (please email) should ideally include names, organization, address and email, an abstract of the research topics and a bibliography (preferably under BiBTeX format).
