I am looking for references to papers that would discuss the benefits
and advantages of using an OO approach to software development. More
precisely, what I need are papers that would discuss the financial
aspects (short and long-term costs/benefits) of moving toward OOP, not
the alleged technical advantages (modularity, reusability, etc.). Thus,
references to papers describing practical (real-world) experiences would
be welcome. (The intended audience is management people, not technical
staff.)
