[fa.info-vax] electronic input to DECUS

The DECUS VAX is not on Digital's Enet. There are only 300/1200 baud phone
lines into it.

It is possible to send mail from the internet to any visible node on the DEC
ENet using the format:

user%node.DEC@decwrl.ARPA

I don't know what machine the DECUS folks reside on, but anyone who does can
send mail to them this way. I don't think a special gateway through
DEC-Marlboro is necessary (or likely).

I don't think that the DECUS VAX (refered to as DCS) is on Digital's Net.
It's an All-In-One system running on a VAX 780. I don't know for sure; I
will ask around on the DCS system and let you know what I find.
