Can anyone recommend any particular OO* seminars? I am looking to sponsor some in-house training in the area of object oriented design, analysis, decomposition, etc.. I want to stay away from classes that are oriented specifically towards a particular language but instead come at this from a more abstract direction. I'd like the seminar to be useful for people involved in creating specifications and for people implementing those specifications. The key idea that I would like to get accross to people attending the seminar is that you must think differently about a system when constructing it in an object oriented way and of course why you want to use an object oriented approach in the first place. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Please email any responses as I suspect that this may get a little too commericial w.r.t netiquette.
