[comp.object] Recommended short introduction to OOP?

bglenden@colobus.cv.nrao.edu (Brian Glendenning) (04/13/91)

We need to explain the fundamentals of OOP to a group of "procedural"
programmers (mostly FORTRAN programmers).

Is there any short introduction we could tell people to read so that
they would be able to grasp the fundamentals of the technique, e.g.
something like Stroustrup's "What is Object Oriented Programming"
which I like, but probably skips a bit quickly over things like "what
is inheritance."
