I just know there is new Journal called "OOPS Messenger" from SIGPLAN, ACM Press. What kind of topics it covers? Is it good in general? How to subscribe it? Any hint will help.

There maybe a way to get the journal otherwise, but I don't know how. The editor of OOPS Messenger is Stanley Zdonik (sbz@cs.brown.edu). There were two issues so far.
