Runbaugh, Blaha, Premerlani, Eddy and Lorensen "Object-Oriented Modeling and Design" Prentice Hall, Englewood Cliffs, NJ, 1991 ISBN 0-13-629841-9 This book was recommended to me by Walter Peterson (wlp@calmasd.Prime.COM) a few months ago.
